Pilates!

 Morning guys!! So I’ve incorporated  the stretch and release routine in my day, and now I’ve also decided to implement Pilates. I’m going to be doing the Pilates in the afternoon before dinner. I visited the library yesterday and passed by a book, of course it caught my eyes, so I decided to pick it up and see what it was about and of course it was about yoga.When I came home I took a look at their website which then it brought me to youtube where I found Pilates. YEsssssss! so happy I found it :) . I’ve been looking to get my tummy and my arms toned up. It would be a great idea to try this as it is said to tone you up. If you’re looking to get toned, NOT BULKY you should try Pilates. haha we can do this together, I will be starting today. So if you wanna show those arms and tone that tummy, then lets get started.

Beautiful Day

So today I woke up and it was beautiful outside, woke up and thanked God (of course I have to do this every morning haha :) ), and I went about my day. Just stopping by to say, I hope you also have a great day (even if there is no sun outiside as seen in the picture below, no matter what,  still have a wonderful day :) ).

Skin

So guys I’ve been trying to post a video for you but for the life of me it just wont post (haha sorry guys). It would’ve been a great video on how to make your own clutch. However I decided to talk about skin. I know many people may have questions about taking care of your skin and natural ways to do so. This is going to be nice and short. The easiest way, in my opinion lol, is to wash your face with warm water then cool water.For myself I occasionally  cleanse my skin when necessary and I also use Aveeno moisturizer occasionally. I suggest you also give yourself a facial using cucumbers and  just relax while you do so. Of course I can’t leave this out (DRINK WATER! :) ….oh and I almost forgot to say this.. your diet also plays a role in the way your skin looks ). Make sure you’re getting your vegetables and fruits in and don’t forget to eat fish (your omega 3). Hope this helps if you have any questions let me know:). Have a good day:)

Giving Back

Hi guysss. So today as I laid in my bed I began to think, wouldn’t it be great to live a life where you give back or where you are serving others. This is one of my goals not only for one or two years but for a lifetime. I think it would be a great idea for us to all think this way ( Wouldn’t it be great to give back?), and I say yes it would be and yes it is. It doesn’t have to be anything huge, we all have our different ways of going about this as long as its something positive. It could be helping someone with their grocery bags from their car or mowing someones lawn, whether it’s big or small try it, I guarantee that you will like it.
